## About iinix

iinix was founded in 2003. We build and operate agentic AI systems, web applications, infrastructure, and custom software. We are a tight team of engineers who write the code ourselves. No outsourcing. In over two decades we have delivered 150+ projects for 40+ clients across every sector. Two decades of production operations (deployment, hardening, observability, incident response) is why we can run AI systems others only demo.

### History

- **2003**: Founded. Started building websites and web applications for small businesses and startups.
- **2008**: First enterprise infrastructure client. Expanded into server architecture, security hardening, and uptime engineering.
- **2015**: Launched a series of multi-tenant SaaS products and custom software engagements for clients across finance, legal, and logistics.
- **2020**: Started building LLM-powered workflows and AI-first products. Practical AI for real business problems.
- **2024**: 20+ years, 150+ projects, still writing the code ourselves.

## Policies

### Privacy

iinix collects minimal data. Enquiry form submissions are retained up to 24 months. Google Analytics 4 is used with IP anonymisation and only loads after explicit user consent via a cookie banner. No tracking pixels, behavioural advertising, or third-party data sharing. UK GDPR and CCPA/CPRA compliant.

### Security

HTTPS enforced with HSTS in production. Django CSRF, XSS, and clickjacking protections enabled. Honeypot and server-side validation on all forms.
